It’s also really well-connected with our company systems, so I don’t have to worry about anything getting lost or delayed due to missing permissions. Plus, I've had expenses settled in just a few days, which is way faster than anything I’ve used before. Circula falls short of what I expected beyond the basics of uploading receipts and submitting reports. Here’s what I ran into:
1. There’s no obvious way to create a report — it took me a while to realize the “+” button in the bottom-right corner was what I needed.
2. If an expense gets rejected, I can’t just edit it. I have to start from scratch, reupload all the receipts, and re-enter all the details.
a) There’s no option to add or remove receipts from a report once it’s created.
b) Worse, once you create a report, the receipt storage clears out, so if you need to resubmit, you have to upload everything again.
