We deploy a highly customized SAP-system and the validation of our processes is rather hard and very time-consuming. Are ther any helpful hints or lessons-learned from other companies which have implemented Celonis in similar conditions?

I want to establish direct connection with Service Now, and connect to its database utilizing their exposed APIs. I do not want to make use of push APIs where we need to send data in chunks, but instead establish direct API to API connectivity as both Celonis IBC and Service now will be in SaaS....
