I started using Brightflag shortly after i was hired. As a result the implementation phase had aready taken place. My first impressions when I was showed the platform by co-worker was that it was easy to use, intuative and when ever I had any issues the support team was quick to and extremely helpful. i've been using it more and more as I get more fimilar with my job and after 8 month my opinion has not change if anything it's gotten better. Having never used a system before, Brightflag has an easy set up process with hands-on help throughout. Once initiated, Brightflag continues to provide hands-on support with a dedicated Customer Success contact. We meet bi-monthly to cover any issues and we have constant contact as needed.
