We have been with ALADVANTAGE, I think from it's beginning. We perviously used a Service Plan and MAR software developed Care and Compliance. I think was is most disappointing is the slow development and now lack of advancement in the product. Over the years we have seen new features like a variety of reports, but many companies are starting to offer mobile apps. We realize the web based software can be used on mobile devices but its just not the same as an app. We never understood why the entire space of the webpage isn't being used. I feel the area that needs the most help would be the shower assistance. There is only one set time. I learned that points are like minutes. Showers are 8 points for total assistance.
