If there is an issue that the team, acknowledges, the team will either take weeks to fix it, or will tell you that they aren't going to fix it. Actionstep is useful for so many things...keeping detailed file notes, tracking progress on a matter, keeping track of who is who in a matter, but the part I like the best is being able to add forms with merge fields to Actionstep. I like that Actionstep is allows me to track our database's biographical info and that it lets me track reservations to our private and public workshops, dinners and CE Classes. I dislike that none of the "tasks" seem to make sense with the timing of the events in which they are assigned. I also don't like that after I add someone to an event, if they later cancel, I can't keep them tied to that event.
