I love that Accord is like google sheet mutual action plans on steroids. I love that I can attach files, include details and tag relevant contacts to every step in my custom evaluation process. I love that everyone on my team and the prospects team has centralized visbility into how the evaluation is progessing and that they have a centralized source for all documentation for every step of the process. Accord makes it really easy for sellers and prospects to collaborate through the various stage of a sales cycle. More importantly holds all parties accountable for next steps/actions. I was on the phone with a client and they shared that they loved the ease of use and having one place to go to see where they are in the process as well as having one place for all collateral. Accord is a great tool to use in the sales cycle. It acts as a central repository for the project including things like helpful resources, project summary, a Mutual Action Plan & more. I've found using Accord eliminates the need for numerous email chains and allows sales teams and prospects to be on the same page throughout the deal cycle.
