What are digital experience platforms - help needed

Hello everyone! I am hoping that you all can help me learn more about digital experience platforms or DXPs. What DXPs do you recommend, and how do these differ from content management systems? I’ve started some research below but I feel a bit out of my depth so far. 

Webflow: Webflow is an all-in-one web design tool, CMS, and hosting platform that empowers users to build professional websites without coding. It offers a visual builder, a composable CMS, and native tools for AI-powered personalization, A/B testing, SEO, and localization. Users appreciate its versatility, animations, reusable components, and e-commerce capabilities, though some note a steep learning curve for advanced features.

Komo: Komo is a Digital Experience Platform designed to enhance customer engagement through interactive content and gamification. It offers customizable workflows, campaign tracking, and self-service capabilities, making it suitable for industries like sports, events, and hospitality. Users value its simplicity in content management and personalization features.
