Best cloud-based CRM for service industry?

Hi everyone,

I’m evaluating cloud-based CRMs that are a good fit for service-oriented businesses—specifically ones that help with managing client relationships, scheduling, follow-ups, and ongoing service delivery. Our team handles a mix of inbound leads and repeat clients, so visibility into customer history and efficient communication tools are top priorities.

While researching on G2, I came across a few platforms that seem to be well-reviewed for service businesses:

  • HubSpot CRM – Clean UI, strong for managing the full customer lifecycle.
  • Jobber – Looks tailored for field service teams, especially with scheduling and invoicing.
  • Zoho CRM – Seems flexible and cost-effective for growing teams.
  • ServiceTitan – Looks very industry-specific with deep features for trades and service providers.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud – Enterprise-level solution with advanced service tools, but might be more than we need.
