I love how expansive this software is! There are so many different areas and fields, too much to put into words here. One thing I would like to mention that I love is the Help section and live question/answer section. So helpful, and such quick response...
The interface for the managers isn't easy. It seems outdated, and it takes a good amount of time to figure out what you're doing. I'm pretty tech savvy and experience with other volunteer softwares, and I still had a hard time.
We have been impressed with the ease of use and navigation. It is definitely a program that you can navigate without too much difficulty. It allows for easy data entry of volunteer demographics, hours and other related information.
