To me it seams that the deals ar emore local and less main stream than on other websites like groupon or so. Another positive factor was customer support - I once had a cancelation case due to personal reasons, so I had to contact the customer support...
Little to no customer service if deal is set up wrong - or if guests dont get to redeem it
I like that I can use deal saver to get more clients to my business by being promoted through deals we currently are running through them.
I do not like the structure of the website and how dependent on email it is, you have to get emails from them. Deals are sometimes not available in small markets
