This is the least effective detailing program I have used in 20+ years. While the modeler works, the detailing options are easily 15 years out of date. I STRONGLY recommend not using this software. BOM's are weak, orthographic views are misalligned, there...

Tekla structure is mostly used for Fabrication drawings preparation. It's Drawing generation system which i like most important part in this software. Also modelling part easy to model simple to difficult structure.
