We use Saleshandy to track email as well as attach some templates we've created. Numerous templates for onboarding prospects can be used. It is very handy as we can simply insert and edit the templates while creating our e-mail to the prospects.
Saleshandy lists out contacts at companies with redacted emails or phone numbers, but when you spend credits on revealing emails, phones, it shows none or shows wrong unverified emails, phones. Very misleading!
We moved from Yesware to Vocus.io. (firstly, for a monthly plan instead of annual payment) Vocus.io is cheaper and really excellent for most of the features (snippets, mail merge, follow up, open/clic tracking...).
Vocus is pretty basic and doesn't offer a ton of options for pre-planning reach outs to customers. It has the basic features someone would want but lacks a lot of the bells and whistles that a lot of other programs have.
