The crash reporting feature works great! It keeps me and my team members aware of underlying errors that hinder the performance of our live applications.
I can't really think of anything. I am probably not using all its capabilities so don't know if it has limitations in other area's. I know that we are moving away from the use of this tool and using NewRelic for our alerting and monitoring but not sure what...
