I experience a lot of difficulty managing printing options directly through online application, slow queue times and printing times when the system is overloaded.
Simple to understand how it works and how it manages the creation of the printing queues. The fact that print jobs never leave your local network, and don't need to be sent off to some "cloud-based" processing before getting to the actual printer.
They promised a lot of features, all of which never worked correctly, required almost 8 months to get working, and even once we had things working - some update happened on their back end of things and broke badge release for all of our Windows clients. ...
