MyQ Demo - MyQ X Web Admin UI - Dashboard

The web admin user interface of MyQ X shows the top-level view of data related to the printing environment including environmental impact. The MyQ X web UI can be customized with various widgets and themes.

MyQ X supports a wide range of detailed reports that can be customized to provide organizations with the data they require. There is also the option to seamlessly integrate with business intelligence tools like Power BI for visualized dashboards.

What do you like best about MyQ?

I like MyQ's multi-brand availability, as it allows us to use devices from different vendors in one configuration, which is great for us as a multi-brand provider. The support site is very friendly, making it easy to get help when needed. I appreciate the effective device monitoring, as it enables using one app for everything. Customization is also a strong point, especially for big customers, offering flexibility to meet specific needs. The licensing model is straightforward and simplifies making offers to customers. What do you dislike about MyQ?

Failover and load balancing functionality needs improvement for 24/7 system availability. The download section isn't easy to detect what package to download and could be better categorized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyQ?

What do you like best about MyQ?

Installation was straightforward, and it was easy to use right out of the box. I also like having the option to use cloud services such as Google or OneDrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports could use some tweaking, and it would help if they included more data. Support for Konica Minolta devices would be most welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
