Opsgenie as names suggest some moments are always remembered when any defects come & catch by anyone, we say OPS - Reporting defects & tracking them are the best of it.
Nothing much but if I were to switch from the Atlassian environment, I am afraid it will not work as expected.
Flexibility of product, continuous releasing of new features and improvement of existing UI.
Not user friendly. Very difficult to configure. Some simple, helpful features are missing (versus competitors). My development teams do not want use it because of these issues.
