When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Microsoft Power BI easier to use, set up, and administer. Reviewers also preferred doing business with Microsoft Power BI overall.
Visualizations. They're absolutely fantastic. Importing data is incredibly easy and it's much more powerful than excel or many SQL based visualization tools.
Limited custom chart options, parameter function is half baked as compared to tableau desktop parameter function, where we can use dimensions in parameter as well.
Toad saves up to 5 result tabs, so when you run a query and then change something, it'll save both runs so you have something to compare
The connection interface was a little awkward. When generating more complicated queries I found it easier to just write my own.
