Their (amazing) 24/7 support. Even went as fast as write a custom code for us and helped us remove a Trojan on our server back on our early days. Truly exceptional.
Their tech support, it seems like their techs like to just do things without any sort of authorization. You can ask for all the help that you'd like but they will always go right to work and not take into account if there are production sites that shouldn't...
