The only thing I would like is to have the opportunity to modifiy something once for all (I don't know if it's possible)
Their platform is easy to use, customer service is excellent, ready to answer questions or solve minor issues. The content is great, just minor changes on the way we translate and then, all translations are perfect.
Invoice payment at TransPerfect is quite slow and the fees are very high. Currently there is still no payoneer integration or more advanced form of payment. TransPerfect will only pay in dollars, which is quite restrictive for a company that operates globally.
