The sudden switch to paid-only plans kinda made me move away from this platform as it doesn't offer enough benefits to commit to it on the long run. The price point is still interesting for people starting to approach virtual tours.
Quality of Images is the best I have seen in the business, Ease of use of the product and great support from the team - never had a question not answered within 24 hours. Constantly improving product and company.
Limited storage. There is a hard limit on storage used for live tours (not for photos); even if you delete old tours you won't going to free more spaces.
