The options/services that RTV provides photographers with is invaluable. Regardless of the size of your business it allows you to compete with others. It gives you the ability to provide online ordering with a storefront, client scheduling, the ability to create property pages and virtual tours, and also provide realtors with fliers and social media cards. There is a lot more that it provides but just these items alone help you stand out.
The RTV customer support team is very responsive but truly cares about the clients. They listen to you and if there is a way for them to improve on a service they do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially I was a little intimidated by the system as a whole. Looking at the settings, etc., there are a lot of "buttons" but once I watched some of the training videos and had my onboarding with the customer support team it all became very easy to understand.
