Im not sure how secure it really is or if it is taking any information in that it should not be.
It supports a variety of Operating systems and web browsers.
Some (many?) students do not have the required technology to be able to use Respondus Monitor. Even with use of the tool, student have the ability to use other means to cheat so this is not a fail-safe solution.
