Really slow entering parts, takes awhile. 55 seconds to enter parts and when you have to enter over 50 parts it takes an hour cause its loading. It not the internet either.
The amount of information that is available to the front desk, the service advisor and the technician at a glance is very impressive and the functionality of it together is great.
A downside of using Tekmetric is the time clock and that you cannot see what each technician is currently clocked on to, or what they are doing when they aren't clocked onto a jon. The lack of reports. It's difficult to find customers that have 2 names on...
