Out of all the sourcing tools I use, I find SeekOut to have the most accurate and up to date personal email addresses and mobile phone numbers.
The profiles do not always remain up to date and the sync's with the external profiles from the platforms it pulls from could be faster. It also appears to work better for US searches than Europe with regards to number of profiles found.
