Automated dispatch is what I like best. It is the greatest tool a dispatcher can have to help them move and organize trips once something has changed.
I don't like that it is based on time rather than area. We live in the Alleghney National Forest and is very secluded. We travel 30 Miles no matter which way we travel to a grocery store or a medical appointment. This is not for a county like ours.
