We absolutely love the BHPH system with its data analysis and Saul was able to hook us up with auto pay and online pay systems
The sales and support staff are very unprofessional and dishonest.
I like that it digitally stores all the information I need for a deal. Easy to find what bank a customer financed with which I can't do with CDK unless I go through all of the scanned paperwork for the deal. It's a little bit faster than CDK Drive.
The only cumbersome thing is when you have to pull up old invoices or reprint something. Menus and functions are assigned random number combinations and without knowing the secret number, it's hard to perform the easiest of tasks
