I love real time stats and detailed crashes report. I also appreciated email notifications, crash statistics and the guided procedure for the integration of their SDK in an Android project. The overall experience with crashlytics was amazing.

It can sometimes be really slow or even buggy. Also the UI can be really confusing sometimes.. which is of course fighting with my previous statement but even thou you will find it easy to navigate through.
