Too many steps to complete simple tasks, such as printing labels.
The short-cut message templates saved a tremendous amount of time. RxWorks reduced the work I'd have to normally do on another platform. Telephone Support! Patient records would also transfer automatically across devices.
Difficult to use for ordering as need to be letter for letter, can’t search for products. Would be better if a simplified version was available to non-management staff to reduce confusion.
