Arrogance. Didn't engage when we wanted to talk in better detail about website, got greedy with their pricing. Product started falling behind and remained the priciest product on the market.

I love that it is American based, which means they offer support on my time clock and I'm not left waiting 2 days for a reply... that then needs another 2 days or more of back and forth emails before any resolution actually starts taking place.

After I override rates for a selection of dates using decrease/increase by a certain %, how do I "see" that change when I look days later?
