Deploying applications without managing infrastructure management is a great advantage.Pay for what you use model is good. In other clouds, somewhat similar service is there but we prefer AWS as we have our production designed and running on AWS.

Pricing part of aws fargate is a little complex you can check thier document for more info. You willl have less control over your infrastructure as aws allocate and deallocate the containers independently low level stuff is handled by aws only.

Support has not been that helpful, though they do try. I don't like that we can't have windows nodes and that we can't have nodes different sizes.
