Support has been horrible. Requires hours and hours of configuration just to get even close to getting anything useful. Their system can't process data quickly. ROI reporting requires ongoing manual uploads into bizible.
The ability to change filters, channels, groupings of data is great! You don't feel locked into how you first set it up. The UI is easy to learn! Implementation can be a bit tricky but the team was quick to help us! We use it everyday & can't wait to see...
- No impression beacons - Not a lot of improvements or changes in past year or two aside from a few more integrations - Not a super great way of visualising the specific customer touch-points for a conversion if touched by multiple sources
