I like the ability to edit workflows per job. This helps streamline the interview process. The Discussion tab is also a helpful tool to collaborate amongst the team. It is helpful to be able to tag team members.

Analytics are difficult to pull from JazzHR, particularly the customizable reports. Trying to create your own report is like pulling teeth - it just doesn't work efficiently and is so cumbersome IF you get it right.
