Aidbase has a very intuitive UI. I was able to walk through the onboarding process, which included building a knowledge base, a chatbot, support ticket workflow, and FAQ. Each feature was trained on our operation data.
It's an early stage product, which naturally means there are kinks, incomplete features and imperfect UIs that need to be built out. But this is also a great opportunity to get your requests prioritised!
