With Gather, you have a dedicated training manager who will setup your account and do training w/ you. This way, whenever you need additional guidance, you'll speak with that person directly rather than a general support person. You’re free to contact your training manager as much as necessary between the hours of 9:30am - 5:30pm EST.

Onboarding time depends partially on how quickly you send over your company info so that your dedicated training manager team can begin the set-up process. Typically, we’ll have you up and running in 7-10 days.

Yes, as a manager, you have the ability to oversee all team communication as well as manage levels of access for different members of your team.
