What Are Public Records? How to Get Access to Any Record
The period before 1966 was characterized by limited transparency and accountability in the United States. The government operated with a high degree of secrecy, which made citizens like us feel as if we were detectives embarking on an elusive quest.

Question on: Everlaw
Can you reconfigure the platform so users and establish families independent of the order in which the documents were uploaded? If you see correspondence from jeremy@hanikalegal.com, you'll have more context.
Hi Jeremy,
Thank you for reaching out with your question. Everlaw establishes document families based on the relationship between documents, which is indicated in the metadata. When organizing the documents within a group, the parent document will always be identified as the document with the lowest Bates or control number. There are ways you can regroup documents through the use of editable metadata fields. To walk through this in detail, please contact support@everlaw.com for guidance. Thank you!

I will let our events team know you requested a webinar about lien requests.
To answer your additional questions:
1. Please reach out to our team to discuss the set up and implementation process for your team. https://www.justfoia.com/contact-us/
2. Yes, you may route a group of users and departments with workflow tasks. And the set up of those workflows can be done by your team or ours. Our team will train you and your entire team on the solution, plus we provide a training center with detailed videos on how to accomplish just about anything you can imagine within the system.
Have a wonderful day!

We often use the load file to make a metadata spreadsheet allowing all the information to be reviewed in a clean simple manner. This requires extra steps on our part. If it were included in spreadsheet form with the exported load file it would save large amounts of time.
Hi Wesley,
Thank you for reaching out! You may create a more visually appealing spreadsheet with the Privilege Log feature. When configuring a Production Protocol, you may choose to generate a Privilege Log at the last step. By including all documents and choosing the same metadata fields that were included in the loadfile, Everlaw will generate an eminently more readable CSV or DAT file. Privilege Logs can be shared directly from the Production card. To learn more about Privilege Logs please review the link below. If you have any additional questions, please contact support@everlaw.com.
