Kantata Professional Services Cloud (formerly Mavenlink + Kimble): It has a very clean interface and is fairly straightforward and easy to use, It can also integrate with JIRA, which is very important for us. It generates great reports that offer a good high level overview of all our projects and tasks and does a good of visualizing our efforts.
