Is there campaigns for emailing promos, post op, education etc.. coming??
Hi Jana! Thank you for asking this question. My name is Jasmine and I'm a Research Analyst at G2. One of my main areas of focus is health care, and I strive to stay on top of trends and innovation within both the medical services and product offering spaces.
Weave's gone through a product revamp/update. Weave is more than a patient outreach/comms tool, it's now a fully fledged, VoIP-based communication platform that helps medical practices stay in touch with their patients as well as optimize any and all communication touch points. Their product has expanded to fit the needs of multiple practice types, not just dental. Now, if you look at their "marketing" features (https://www.getweave.com/weave-marketing/), you can see that they will be releasing an email marketing update that allows you to keep your customers and prospects engaged with news, updates, promotions and welcome emails.

I'm so sorry that you haven't been able to reach out to DoctorSoft's customer service. Their customer support team is available on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 6 PM PST; I wonder if this is a matter of inconvenient time zones? I recommend reaching out to them via support@doctorsoft.com, and not sales@doctorsoft.com. The second email address is sales-specific.

What does the company weave do?What does the company weave do?
They are messaging resource for our dental office. We can easily correspond with our patients as well as send them links to digital forms. Patients can also initiate messages to us and can send photos of insurance cards and areas of concern. It's GREAT!
Weave integrates with patient management software to communicate with patients via phone, text, and email.
