Hey, Mary. Thanks for reaching out! DSMN8 platform Admins and Team Leaders have access to a tool called Product Board. This allows them to suggest new features for the platform, upvote pre-existing ideas, and gain insight into what features are coming soon. If you're an Admin or a Team Leader and you're unsure of how to access Product Board, I'd suggest reaching out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. We've always got something in the works though, so watch this space!

Hey, Laurence! 👋 Thanks for your question. Uploading articles for sharing is already supported within the DSMM8 platform, and currently most shares we see come from these uploads. Of course, we can't forget about text posts! To support this, we recently released our "Boost Post" feature. Boost Post allows DSMN8 users to encourage and incentivize employees to both like and re-share any and all company posts. Whether it's a post showcasing an article, an image, or simply an all-text post - we've got you covered. You can even "Boost" posts from key individuals within the business! We require a business email address to sign in to the platform, this is to verify that you work at the company who have an account with us. However, you can also request access if you would prefer to log in with your private email address. This would need to be approved by an admin of your account. I hope this helps! Thanks again, Lewis
