Question on: Hireology
Would you all ever consider an applicant home page?A page where all specific applicant information can be found. Somewhere we can view all notes and previous interviews for different jobs/locations in one place.
Hi Kausha,
Thanks for the question! It sounds like you are describing our candidate search feature. This can be found at the top of your account by clicking "candidates". Candidate search puts your entire applicant database into one bucket that you can then refine down using smart filters. I would recommend tagging your applicants and then sorting by a specific tag when reviewing the database.
If this is not the experience you are describing, I would love to talk more to better understand. You can reach out to me at krossow@hireology.com.
Best,
Kirsten
Yes, I think that would be a great asset.

Question on: Hireology
Is there a "tip sheet" that we could have in order to know we are using best practices when posting jobs?Looking for a "tip sheet" on posting jobs etc.
Hi There,
Great question! I actually have a few different recourses that may help you.
1. Knowledge base article around best practices to employ when opening a job to get job board viability: https://support.hireology.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052451112-Job-Board-Visibility-Best-Practices
2. A resource from our blog covering a recruitment checklist: https://hireology.com/guides/the-only-recruitment-checklist-you-need-for-the-new-year-2/
If these are not in line with what you are looking for, please reach out to me at krossow@hireology.com.
Best,
Kirsten

Question on: Hireology
How do i sort by processWhat is the best way to review where applicants are in the process without clicking into records?
Hi James,
I recommend viewing your pipelines per position in either the "Applicants" or "Candidates" tabs. This will show you a high level view of who is in what bucket as well as what has been completed on that person.
Try following these steps:
Click on "jobs" in the upper left hand corner
Select the job title you are looking to view the pipeline of
Within that role you should see "applicants" and "candidates" tabs (along with Hires, Declined, and Details).
When viewing the pipelines in either applicants or candidates you should see that broader overview it sounds like you are looking for.
