Is it possible to edit a template in-line when using gmail?Sometimes I will notice an error in an email (often a single character that I would like to fix). Is it possible to make a correction to a template without having to find it again on the full Groove website? If not, even a simple "open this template in the Groove editor" would be tremendously helpful. I
Yes!
1. Hit Goove icon
2. Select you template
3. hit the pencil in the top right
4. Done. :)

Yes, you can.
Hi Nathan,
Currently it isn’t possible to edit the template directly in-line when you’ve inserted it into a new message, but you can still edit this template within Gmail by selecting the template option from the Groove compose bar and then clicking on the template from your Recent list. Once you’ve selected the template there you can use the pencil icon to make edits to the body of the template. Here's a screenshot showing what that looks like: https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5u0PZQb
The changes you've made to that template won't immediately reflect in your message so you will need to re-insert the template in order to see those, but hopefully this helps to save some time rather than having to go into the Groove app itself to make those changes.
Yep! You can edit a template on the fly, in the email compose window. You can also update and save any edits easily in the compose email window.

Schedule emailsI have tried scheduling emails on Groove, but I don't understand where they go. Like Gmail has a separate tab for Scheduled emails, does Groove have a similar setup?
Hi Nikhita,
Scheduled emails go to different places based on whether they were scheduled from Gmail or Flows.
When scheduling an email from Gmail it will go to a scheduled emails section where it can be reviewed and canceled if needed.
Check out this article to learn more about scheduling in the email interface: https://help.groove.co/en/articles/1152879-scheduling-when-your-emails-are-sent
For flows, scheduled emails will go to the "outbox" of the people tab.
Check out this article to learn more about scheduling in flows: https://help.groove.co/en/articles/2469231-people-tab-managing-the-people-in-your-flow
If you are having issues with scheduling emails, please reach out to your CSM or Groove Support!
Best,
Alina

Hi Hiten,
The best way to test which email content or subject line works best is through A/B Testing in Flows. Feel free to reach out to your CSM or Groove Support to help you set it up.
