Question on: Cyara Platform
How to get CX Models utilized in daily testing practice?CX Models and Modules are being upgraded with lot features by Cyara. But this is yet to be utilized well by the QA. How to shift the path forward of a tester from individual test case scripting to the CX Model based design and test cases auto-generation?
Naveen, There are several ways to shift forward to leverage the CX Models from the QA team.
The first method is to leverage the CX Model, as the visual design and customer journey map. Meaning created the CX model in place of a traditional visual tool like Visio. By laying out the journey in the CX model the developers can leverage the test cases as they code to ensure things are working as designed. The QA team will be able to leverage and expand upon the test cases generated from the CX Model.
This would start all the way back in the design phase of the project. it is a mind shift to think about testing prior to writing the code.
The second way to leverage the CX models for the QA team would be to leverage the crawling / auto discovery function of the CX Model. This is used in cases where the coding was done and now we need to build the test case library. By calling from Cyara CX Model each journey can be documented and test cases can be auto-generated.
The QA team can now run the different tests and test accounts multiple times to ensure the goals and tests are completed and successful.

Question on: Perfecto
Languages are supported by PerfectoHow many languages are supported by Perfecto and what is the reference to understand or learn the same? Is there any option to convert or migrate the scripts from one language to another?
Hi Jatin,
Perfecto supports and integrates with a large variety of testing framework from Selenium, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Cypress, BDD, and much more.
Any language that is supported by these framework like Java, JS, C#, Python, Gherkin etc. are fully supported for automation.
In addition, we also integrate with scriptless solutions like Katalon and own our own scriptless selenium solution.
you can see some of our integration in this page - https://www.perfecto.io/integrations
Hope it helps

Hi,
Yes, Tosca can be coupled with test management solutions like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and CI (Continuous Integration) technologies like Jenkins. Tosca offers a variety of APIs and connectors, such as integrations with various CI/CD systems, test management tools, and other third-party apps, to enable automation and orchestration of the testing process. Through the use of these integrations, teams may increase the efficiency and efficacy of their testing efforts while also streamlining the software testing process.
Thank you.
Hello,
Create, save, and update Tosca Automatic Test cases directly on ALM (ALM Exam Schedule / Resources). The user should be able to save the test language directly from Tusca to HP Alem and access it and update it later. The test plan will be integrated with the Tusca test box section. Features and testing equipment will be available in HP ALM.
