No direct access to Customer Support unless you are the Gusto account holder. Our company has received many thousands of dollars for unspecified clients from Gusto and we have not been able to have anyone on the phone locate and give details of the monies they direct deposited. We will not be recommending Gusto to other payors - excessive wait times and lack of support.
Please provide a flyer or list of services to send to clients who are interested in having a retirement provider. Thank you!
My 401k was switched to Human Interest this week, after I was completely blacked out of all access to my account for 6 weeks. I did not receive notification of this process, and was unable to manage or reallocate any of my assets during those 6 weeks. After being a plan participant for so many years, I was disappointed to see that Human Interest now show 0 activity for me. Why does it take 6 weeks to bring my account over to Human Interest if it's going to be a blank slate? I see $0.00 change in value and 0.00% personal rate of return, and "there is no activity to report yet" on the dashboard screen. I do, however, see that my allocation which was frozen for 6 weeks during a foreseeable stock market crash has resulted in a negative change in value. If Human Interest won't provide me accurate records of my account, how can I get those records? The company previous to Human Interest keeps telling me to contact Human Interest. I'll go ahead and email this to advocate@humaninterest.com and support@humaninterest.com as well, and let you know how that goes.
