**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

It has helped me to manage and schedule my brand's social media posts. I can schedule posts in advance - weekly or monthly. I can integrate with and upload multiple posts to multiple social media channels at once. The performance is good, as I can upload different formats - posts, photos, reels. Then, I can even customize the posts. For example, customizing the Cover of Reels, instead of choosing a Frame Cover. The UI is good, as there is smooth navigation from page to page. 

The ROI is good as there have been engagements on the platforms.

The instructions are clear when it came to onboarding and there is alot of support given.

The AI has been helpful to suggest tweaks and improvements on the posts drafted and written.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

There is no ability to add music to the posts yet. I cannot combine video and photo in a post yet as well.

**What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me to manage and schedule my business' social media posts across different channels. Time saving feature benefit.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

I like Zoho Social the most for its ability to integrate with all social media platforms, such as Threads, Google My Business, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. It easily accommodates all the posting restrictions across these platforms, whether it requires a media file for Instagram and TikTok or no media for Threads and Facebook. This flexibility really stands out to me. Also, I find the scheduling feature very helpful as it allows me to schedule posts in advance and automatically post them on all of my media platforms, so I don't have to be on my computer all the time. The initial setup was very easy, which is a great plus.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

I wish Zoho Social had a simple AI that can alter all the restrictions, like photo sizes for Instagram and TikTok, and automate editing and posting. An AI could also handle copywriting modifications, like adjusting text to meet character limits for different platforms.

**What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Social solves a lot of my problems like simultaneously posting on various media platforms and scheduling posts. It saves me from constantly being on my computer by automatically posting on all scheduled platforms.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

I really appreciate using Zoho Social for scheduling our social media posts in advance; it saves us from having to post manually every time. The scheduling calendar is quite helpful because it lets me see all our upcoming posts in one view. I also find the brand mention monitoring decent enough to keep track of what people are saying about us. The bulk scheduling feature is quite useful when you have a lot of content to post, saving a lot of time compared to scheduling each post one by one. Overall, setting up Zoho Social was easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

The interface feels a bit outdated and clunky sometimes. The analytics are quite basic compared to other tools. Also, the mobile app is not very smooth and crashes occasionally.

**What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Social to schedule social media posts in advance, saving us from manual posting and making our schedule consistent. It helps track brand mentions, saving time with its bulk scheduling feature.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

What I like most about Zoho Social is how easy it makes social media management without losing important professional features. The scheduling system is smooth, the collaboration tools are useful for teams, and the SmartQ feature helps post content at better engagement times. I also like how well it integrates with other Zoho tools, especially for businesses already using the Zoho ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

One thing I dislike about Zoho Social is that while it’s affordable and easy to use, some advanced analytics and integrations are limited unless you move to higher tier plans, which can affect ROI for growing teams. I’ve also noticed occasional dashboard lag and syncing delays when managing multiple accounts. The onboarding resources are helpful, but new users can still feel overwhelmed at first, and support quality can sometimes vary depending on the issue. I think improving performance, offering deeper analytics in lower plans, and making onboarding more guided would make the platform much stronger overall.

**What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zoho Social, managing multiple social media accounts and scheduling posts manually was time consuming and difficult to track consistently. With Zoho Social, everything became centralized in one dashboard, making scheduling, monitoring engagement, and team collaboration much easier. This helped save a significant amount of time on daily tasks, improved posting consistency, and made campaign management more organized and efficient overall.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

I love the user experience of Zoho Social because I can manage all of my social accounts from one place. It integrates with nearly every social media platform, and its performance is up to the mark. We also got a free plan with Zoho Social. The support for Zoho Social is phenomenal, and the team is always ready to go the extra step to help customers. On top of that, the Zia AI integration is really useful—I can even create a post with just one prompt. Its integration with Canva is the cherry on the cake.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

So far, there’s nothing I dislike about Your Social. The only limitation right now is that it can’t automatically reply to or send DMs in response to Instagram comments.

**What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I can post to nearly all of my social media accounts from one place with a single click, and the post goes out to all of my social media accounts at once.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

I use Zoho Social for multi-channel postings and analytics, and I like how it allows us to connect all our social media accounts in one place, making it easier to manage them and post on them all together. The analytics feature helps us analyze the views and reactions results, which is valuable. I appreciate that it's easy to use and integrate with minimal support needed. The integration of leads from social platforms into Zoho CRM is also a highlight, as it cuts down on extra work needed to create these leads in CRM and the automation helps the sales team to quickly work on the leads. Setting it up is quite easy; you just log in and connect your social media channels.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

The interface can be made a bit cleaner. The dashboard can be made more cleaner with insights we would like to see or should allow us to customize.

**What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Zoho Social, we manage all our social media accounts in one place, post simultaneously, and analyze engagement. It integrates leads into Zoho CRM, reducing manual work and speeding up lead handling for the sales team.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

I like that Zoho Social brings the main social media management tools into one dashboard. It is useful to see connected accounts, prepare posts, and organize content from a single place instead of switching between different platforms. The interface feels professional and fairly easy to understand, even for someone who is not using advanced marketing tools every day. I also like the calendar view because it makes planning social media content more organized. Overall, it looks like a reliable tool for managing regular posts and keeping social media work more structured.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

The best I love about this platform is its capability to integrate all social platforms to one, making communication more organized and powerful. In fact I would say that this is good CRM with all needed feature provided in this platform. I also feel that the price is okay with the features it  provides. I love the part where the connections are also segregated into priorities. The Zoho Ecosystem have also made this platform more robust and powerful. Other than this its Monitoring and reporting is also really helpful and worth mentioning.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the user interface could be improve more for better effectiveness while utilizing this platform.

This platform have made communication very easy without having to toggle from one social platform to other. It creates a more organized environment making tasks more effective and efficient.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

I like the reporting feature in Zoho Social because it's very simple and understandable. We can download cool report templates that capture our campaigns, which helps us quickly integrate them into our presentations or reporting templates to share with clients efficiently. I also find the graphs and tables valuable as they can be picked as PNG files and included easily in our presentations, enhancing the value we get from using Zoho Social. Additionally, scheduling posts in advance up to weeks has been a significant time-saver for us, reducing the manual work we used to do. Setting up Zoho Social was impressively easy, just getting into the platform, adding products or brands, and watching some videos. The user-friendly nature and competitive pricing are why we've chosen Zoho Social over other products we've tried.

Nothing this far. Seems to be working well for us.

Zoho Social is a simple and reliable tool for managing social media. The interface is clean, scheduling is smooth, and analytics are useful without being confusing. It’s a great option for creators and small businesses who want powerful features at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

While Zoho Social is a great tool overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The interface, although clean, can feel slightly overwhelming for beginners at first. Some advanced analytics features are limited compared to higher-end tools, and integrations outside the Zoho ecosystem could be smoother. Occasionally, minor delays in post-publishing or syncing can also happen.

Zoho Social solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts in one place. Instead of switching between apps, I can schedule posts, track performance, and monitor engagement from a single dashboard.

This saves a lot of time and keeps my content planning organized. The analytics help me understand what’s working, so I can improve my strategy and grow faster. Overall, it makes social media management more efficient and less stressful.
