While the scheduling is great for photos, I would like to see more advancement in features associated with IG Reels, specifically having more native editing capabilities.

I find Zoho Social incredibly beneficial for my digital agency in several ways. The visual content calendar is an excellent tool for planning and avoids scheduling conflicts, ensuring my agency’s messages remain consistent. Additionally, the collaboration tools streamline the workflow by allowing drafting, reviewing, and approving posts with team members and clients. Zoho Social offers a balance of usability, affordability, and has less complexity than other platforms I've used, making it the perfect choice for my needs. I would like to see expanded integrations with more third-party design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other popular platforms digital agencies use. While Zoho Social does well with basic image uploads and certain Zoho Suite integrations, tighter, built-in connections with external design tools would streamline my workflow even more. Additionally, I’d appreciate advanced analytics with deeper reporting options to track posts' long-term impact, audience segments, and ROI more comprehensively. I also find the current content creation workflow limiting, as it would be beneficial if Zoho Social offered built-in design tools or deeper integration with creative platforms, eliminating the need to switch between multiple apps when preparing posts. Furthermore, strengthening the platform’s post-review and approval system with more flexible permission settings and clearer feedback options would be useful, especially when collaborating with clients or team members.

I particularly find the features that allow me to track post analytics and the number of subscribers I gain per post incredibly useful. These analytics enable me to understand my audience better and optimize my content strategy. Despite being new to Zoho Social, I find it easy to use, which makes my social media management tasks less stressful. I am also inclined to purchase Zoho Social again if it remains affordable. Overall, I would highly recommend Zoho Social with a rating of 9 out of 10.

I had issues logging into one of my accounts, specifically facing access problems with logging into my Instagram account. I would also love if a post could be edited, especially when there is a mistake.

I particularly like the ease of integration, which is a major factor in why I would consider purchasing Zoho Social again.

I am facing page loading issues sometimes. Don't know the reason, I need to refresh pages multiple times to open their website and account dashboard.

Zoho Social helps me schedule and monitor content from anywhere. I can add team members and respond to social media messages using this tool. The built-in AI assistant can generate engaging social media posts as per my tone and settings. 

The in-depth analytics is another advantage. It tells me what kind of posts my audience like most and how many impressions or clicks I get on them.

**What do you like best about Zoho Social?**

Ive used Zoho for years now and use daily for my small business needs. 

Zoho Social makes scheduling and managing multiple platforms simple, especially during the premium trial. I was able to easily repurpose Instagram posts straight to TikTok and YouTube Shorts, which saved a lot of time. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I’ve used Zoho Mail for years — so it’s great having everything under one system. The calendar view and post previews are especially helpful for visualising my content strategy

**What do you dislike about Zoho Social?**

The main drawback for me is that the social platforms I actually use — like TikTok and YouTube Shorts — are only available on the higher-tier plans. During the premium trial, it worked perfectly and I loved being able to post across all channels. But once the trial ended, those key platforms were locked out unless I upgrade. It would be great if at least YouTube was included in the lower-paid tiers, especially for small creators or businesses just starting out.

Zoho Social helps me stay consistent with my content across multiple platforms without needing to manually repost. As a small business owner with limited time, being able to schedule and repurpose content from Instagram to TikTok and YouTube Shorts in one place during the trial saved me hours. It manages a lot of posting, messaging, reports, etc. within the app and makes it pretty easy to cross-post across platforms, while also editing the individual platforms for length and assets. It has a lot of various functionalities and report building that can be helpful for the team. By being integrated with our CRM we can better identify people messaging through the platform vs having to go to each platform individually. Handles a lot of automation and the mobile app is decent.

There are a number of things, like cover images on videos, video titles, and various image/asset things that can be a little fussy. Some are easy enough to post cross-platform and then go into the individual platform an tweak, but still an extra step. When automating things it's best to keep it simple.

Some metrics seem to take a longer time to compute, some metrics seem absent (Instagram's views for static posts, for example). Overall, the biggest let down so far has been with reports. It should be easier to build custom dashboards and with way more options for how to showcase the metrics. I'd like to be able to showcase one single "viewership" metric that brings reach and impressions together, for example, and can't seem to be able to for now.
