Zoho Expense helps keep all these records more structured from one place. Adding expenses, uploading receipts and creating reports feels simple even during busy work. one thing i really like is smart receipt scanning because bill details gets detected automatically most of the time, which saves good amount of time during regular expense management. Bulk expense entry and report creation is also very useful while handling many small expenses together. another useful thing is expense categories, approval workflow and policy management. Different work related expenses like office supplies, internet bills, travel, educational event costs and operational spending can be managed separately, so tracking monthly records becomes much easier. Mobile app usability is also good because I can quickly upload receipts or check reports during outside work or awareness related activities. performance has been smooth during regular use and sync between devices also works properly most of the time.
