The ease of using Xodo is remarkably easy and quick to operate. This is important in today's busy environment where the world at large expects everything instantly. Xodo recognises this and provided a workable solution.

There is nothing I disliked about Xodo. I am happy with the results.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

I have been a OneSpan (formerly eSignlive) for 3 years, and even though the process and the experience with OneSpan is not bad, I must say, that Xodo Sign has a better one.
1- Better upload documents system
2- More signing choices
3- Better capture signature system
4- More intuitive than OneSpan
5- Clients don't need any instructions about "how to sign", instead with OneSpan I have always sent instructions on how to do it to my clients and/or associates.

All in all, I will give 5 full stars.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

Too early to say what I don't like about Xodo Sign. I have being using it from the beginning of November, so at the moment I cannot say what I don't like, because I am still learning my way.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before e-signature, there were wet pen signatures and faxes, with all the problems inherent to these 2 signature methods. Wet pen signatures involved usually lots of costs in Parcels or travels and anyone could have signed documents. Faxes: Documents not very clear, smudged pages, anyone could have signed the documents, anyone could have read and/stole contracts and documents, lack o privacy and security.
With E-Signature you solve all these problems at once.

I can say this software is very easy to use and they have generous free plan as well.
You can easily track down your document and send reminders to the other party, I love working with it.

I don't see any negative issue in the software.

I'd  recommend Xodo Sign to individuals and small businesses who are looking for an easy-to-use and affordable e-signature solution. It is a great option for those who need to send a few documents for signature each month and do not need a lot of bells and whistles.

The free option allows you to send 5 documents a month, which I believe is generous compared to other sources.

I wish to see more updated tutorials since I understand that it was named previously someting else.

It helps to streamline the contract signing process a lot more easily than just using Google docs

Xodo Sign is very easy to use! It eliminates the need for paperwork in my small business.

No reported issues at this time. Me and my clients find Xodo Sign very easy to navigate and use.

As previously mentioned, Xodo Sign is great for my small business. I use Xodo Sign for signing electronic service agreements and other forms for my business in the disability sector. This program allows me to store forms electronically.

If an envelope bounces back due to the signers email address being incorrect, the envelope is automatiicaly cancelled & you have to start again.

Ease of use and setting things up. Also the 5 free signatures a month are a great vaue for a small business that is just getting started and wants to keep costs low.

You can also easily go back and download past signed agreements.

I really liked how it was affordable, the pricing model, and it's been really easy to impelement / integration use for my small business. Similar tools now charge by the month which isn't useful to me because for my frequency of use, I only need to sign a few contracts and I prefer to pay by usage. It's as easy as DocuSign and HelloSign.

I wish that a free template came with the trial version / free version to test out.

I am small business and I need my client to sign coaching contracts so it's really nice to have eSign way to allow them to use it.

Easy to use with a great starter plan. Use of templates is very helpful and the sequencing of signers is good. Being about to set a field as required or optional to complete by the signer streamlines capture of important information

It would be helpful if there are more predetermined fields like for address. It is easy to select a text field and modify but the modification takes time.

It covers almost all aspects of a usual contract, even a tripartite contract. It is easy to use, the workflow is intuitive and user experience is good overall

The free plan is great and easy to use for small businesses like mine that have ad-hoc needs for e-signatures. You need to upgrade to get advanced functionalities. However, that is acceptable and much more cost-effective than other products where you have to pay too much for basic needs.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I think the user interface could be made a little easier. For instance, to initate a new document, you have to click on two screens before you get to it. Overall, it's a great value product.

E-signature needs on an ad-hoc basis without having to commit to expensive product subscriptions.

Even my most technically challenged clients figured it out in no time. I didn't have to send directions or a video walkthru, I just put the signature box in the pdf and sent it. I could tell when they opened the document and didn't sign so I could reach out to them to answer questions (and remind them). Then - voila! - all set!

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I don't see any downsides yet. Seems like you can get pretty detailed with the forms, but I'm just using it for basic online signatures so that my contracts are binding, even though my clients are in other countries.

My clients are from all over the world, so getting a paper signature is not convenient. But going without a signed contract is too dangerous, so this let's me sleep at night knowing I'm covered.

Most of the features are good, but it would be nice to be able to generate a link to the document that needs to be signed.

The biggest problem it solves is allowing us to get e-signatures on documents for a cheap monthly cost.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

I use this app for preparing contract for my international business partners. I did a internet speed test in China and in the United States. Luckily, I have very satisfied internet speed in China, which is very good compare to similar product DocuSign. DocuSign somehow had some slow down issues while testing. I would guess it might be too many people to use such giant app. As for Xodo Sign, the process was very smooth and quick. I am pretty satisfy with this product.

I really don't have many in my mind, so I think thats a good fit for me.

It's simple and intuitive. I needed something quick and free to get started and it was perfect. I have used several platforms and I loved how all the features I needed were in the free version and it isn't expensive to upgrade.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

Learning any new software can take a bit, my first two documents weren't sent as well as they could have. But I made quick edits and have been happy ever since.

**Recommendations to others considering Xodo Sign:**

I'd give it a shot. It's much less expensive and will get the job done. A great alternative for Docusign.

Digital signatures and then sending a fully executed copy to my client and to me. It's very easy and simple. I can also send reminders and check status.

Xodo sign is user-friendly and allows you to create templates and very easy to add elements to the document. customer support is also very responsive. We use Xodo Sign a lot.

It's just sometimes confusing to search for eversign or xodo sign as it's the same but it doesn't really have an effect on how we use it

Of course it's legally bound, as well as helping us automatically send reminders and once signed, everyone on the document, CC'd or signer, receives a copy.

Xodu is a fantactic lowe cost alternative.  I find it a little easier to use.  Flexible pricing tiers provide free use for those with limited use.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

Streamlining the set-up process even more should be the next goal.  While it is easier than most, there are still several stept required.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation & simplicity for signing of contracts.  Most of my clients do not want to print, sign, scan & send.

The product is excellent and better than what I have used before. It provides a great free plan which is perfect for startups and individuals. The ability to keep track of audits is amazing. At my start-up and as an individual I use it very frequently. It is very easy to use with our current workflow. Customer Support is excellent.

No AI Features to support detecting the places to put different fields.

Xodo sign allows for a variety of document types as well as template layouts and makes requesting signatures and other data inputs easy and intiuitive.  The document generation process is quick and well-guided and you receive instant notifications via email and an attached document to an email (for quick filing/bookkeeping).

I am newer to using Xodo Sign but I am really loving the ease of use and how straight forward it is to be able to send documents and receive signatures. My favourite feature is the dashboard where I can see my recent activity, if I am waiting on any signatures and how many i've sent so far. I am enjoying how it easy it is to set everything up.
