**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Excellent customer service from our Account Manager with prompt responses to any queries. 

Very user-friendly platform; easy to manage users, set up and assign learning paths, add content, review progress, send reminders, create interactive activities and exercises to reinforce learning and provide opportunities for coaches to provide feedback. 

Aligns with our learning methodology for a robust approach to onboarding and other L&D initiatives. The combination of Wonderway's platform and our learning method has enabled us to reduce our onboarding time to full productivity by 31% over the past quarter.  

Wonderway offers a Training Needs Survey and consultative analysis service which is useful when determining L&D goals and aligning with learning needs.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

It would be helpful to have a repository where all learning content can be stored on the platform and linked to learning paths as needed. Currently, our content has to be stored elsewhere. 

I would like to see more access levels for different admin levels to provide greater control over who can edit what. 

A scheduling function would be helpful to ensure learning activities or tasks are carried out at the right time. (Maybe linked to Google Calendar?)

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

The setup of wonder way was excellent, and we could effectively learn and use the different tabs inside of wonder way to do that.  This was my first job, and Wonderway was a very effective tool for learning.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

There really wasn't much I disliked.  The platform was very effective and the only downsight was that my company just started using it really.  The links within modules were sometimes confusing but that's it.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wonderway allows me to learn and train even more.  We use it for onboarding as well as periodic checkups with my manager.  These are very helpful in order to keep me up to date with learning.

It was very easy to navigate through the different modules of my Onboarding, with clear deadlines and reminders, quizzes, well-placed information, and easy-to-navigate menus.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about this platform.

Wonderway helps new employees to have clear guidance on what to do and in which timeframe, what are the steps required to acquire the basic knowledge needed for your new position, and practice your learned concepts with quizzes.

It's very easy to mark off tasks and know what I need to get done week by week.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

It seems challenging to put together but once built out, it seems easy to make changes and implement to new hires.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially in a remote role, it's challenging to make sure I am using my time effectively before fully stepping into all responsibilities and Wonderway helps me ensure that I am doing at least all that I need to and staying on track.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Wonderway has a huge amount of different trainings and you are always being informed by their communication team about them. And they also send you the session records if you had to miss them, which is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Some trainings might be too long and it is hard to find time to complete them, but on the other hand, of course it would be difficult to shorten them, because they actually need to be this complex to help us learning.

Wonderway is solving many problems that I had regarding the lack of experience when I arrived to my current company and that helped me a lot with the onboarding process.

What i liked most was the easy use of the web, simple and really easy to manage and follow, as well as the many different options of exercises we were able to do.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Would have been helpfull to have more accessibility when wanting to change the due date of a task or asking for it, as well as marking the tasks as complete, a little more flexibility on the admin side would be great.

It helped me solve all the onboarding experience i had when i first entered my company, very helpfull to have such an awsome website in which we could make different taskas helping us understand everything.

Haven't really experienced anything negative from my own onboarding experience - the only thing to keep in mind with any platform like this is it's only as good as the onboarding materials/process that the customer puts into it

Makes remote onboarding easier - a much better way of doing it than simply working off a calendar or an excel sheet with lists of what you need to do on certain days of the week

It's very easy to use, the tool is intuitive, and it doesn't cost a lot to implement it but the effects are awesome! Definitely worth to be implemented in your company!

Learning is very interactive, it is easy to follow your progress and track what is left to be completed! It was a great tool for onboarding and still is now for various new pieces of training.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Lack of flexibility sometimes (e.g.; in how you submit your answers) and maybe lacks a greater overview of tasks, and supported learning materials. Apart from that, it is very clear and easy to use.

A great way to make learning available for a whole company and for everyone to complete in their own time, without having the pressure of seeing how other colleagues are getting on.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

New hires mention how clear Wonderway is to use. Our onboarding is organized per weeks and day with specific activities and to-dos, which makes it very easy and satisfying for people to use and go through!

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

The UI/UX of the admin panel could be improved and made clearer. Also making the interface more customized to our company's color and brand image, but those are small details!

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have our onboarding on Excel sheets. This was not user-friendly, neither for the new employee nor managers. Having Wonderway makes our company look more professional and organized.

Onboarding tracks are beneficial for New Employees and also for current employees. The platform is really friendly and easy to navigate.

There's nothing that I dislike, to be honest!

The user interface is very easy to use and friendly. Not even once I needed support to understand its functionalities.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Sometimes it was hard to understand where I was in the last session. You have few options to control what training you want to prioritize, being locked on what the admin defined and the requirements for completion.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes communication with training admins much easier, and you have dynamic options for interacting and giving feedback. Since the interface is friendly, I often go back to it even though I have already completed the training because I know everything is there.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

The ease of use. I use this primarily for onboarding which was a pretty chaotic process previously. But Wonderway has helped me add a lot of structure and clarity to our onboarding with little effort.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

I would improve how they connect training modules to real world results from the user in that training. They recently introduced that feature but we haven't seen a real benefit from that yet.

It helps us organize onboarding and continuous training modules easily. I can spend less time building each module and the rep spends less time wondering what they should be doing next.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Gorgeous colour scheme, smooth and easy transitions during the learning process make it easy for my manager to see exactly where I am and precisely what support I need thanks to the reviewing procedure.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Occasionally, navigating can be difficult, and I have had some occasional technical issues/glitches/downtime. But only occasionally. Otherwise, it's a service I would recommend to any organisation interested in improving and monitoring the development of its employees.

As mentioned above, it is enabling my business to monitor my development and understanding closely, which in turn enables me to engage more closely with management.

I find the tool easy to use, and the ergonomics are great. The onboarding or training paths are clear and can have different formats (videos, quizzes, etc.).

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

There is nothing I don't like about the solution. The only small downside might be the email reminders for training blocks to be completed by a certain date, which are not fixed.

Having joined a fully remote company, it was essential to have good tracking on skill development. Thanks to Wonderway, onboarding or training is simple, practical, and truly effective.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

My users love Wonderway. Not sure on what planet a sales team has something positive to say about a learning tool but, feedback on our Wonderway programs is always positive. Users love the simplicity of the interface and the ease of navigation. As an admin, I love the ease of building and editing programs. We've made Wonderway work for us and, the Wonderway team has done a great job of working to create solutions for our various programs.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

The only caveat I'd put out there is that this is not a full-blown LMS. However, that's exactly the reason why we purchased Wonderway. It keeps system ownership in the control of the sales team, rather than HR. You can add other teams, of course. And, we have offered limited access to other teams in areas where it makes sense to do so. But for my organization, I wanted to be able to build programs and course structures in a way that satisfies the needs of the sales team, rather than HR or services teams - which sometimes happens on those shared platforms.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to go fully remote with minimal disruption. We were also able to help absorb losing training headcount, without impact to our programs. Wonderway helps ensure consistency in the onboarding experience from class to class and to better objectively evaluate our overall program performance. Role play activities used to take hours to track and evaluate and score. Using Wonderway, we can easily pull in SMEs for evaluation and tracking. What used to take days, now takes hours - if even that.

Everything is laid out for ease of use. The courses offered on Wonderway made an in-depth review of educational technology online, and allowed for training to be completed on a quick schedule.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

One of the downsides of wonderway was the engagement factors in certain courses. I found myself skimming some of the content rather than listening to the lessons.

Training and onboarding can be long and tedious, Wonderway allows self-directed learning from day 1. The technical tools and variety of media makes it easy to follow and transfer the necessary knowledge to users.

What I like is the fact that you can organise it properly, and that you can access it quickly. It makes training way more efficient than just having several documents.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

The only downsides I have had while using this platform are probably the issues I got with some quizzes, which took less than a day to get fixed, thanks to the efficient team behind it.

Wonderway is definitely solving the problem of an employee needing someone to mentor him. It gives you more autonomy with goals that can be set and therefore reachable.

Onboarding at new company was smooth and easy with Wonderway, because it was very logical and motivational. And I like the design.

Perfect tool to make a clear path for your new learners!

You can create different chapters and give different type of tasks to your learner.

You can even build some questionnaires so test the knowledge of your learner.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

I would wish to be able to add some videos directly on the learning path.

WW allows for a clear learning path for new joiners, divided into chapters with the possibility to attach documents and create a questionnaire to test the knowledge.

It is very easy to organise onboardings, and it is easy to follow tasks - the dream for organised people and people who need help organising!!! You can also check off all the tasks that are completed to have a better overview.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

When you have a task that needs to be a written submission, or a video recording, once the task is completed and checked off, it won't turn green, even after it has been approved by your supervisor. Really not an issue, but it is my biggest pet peeve for Wonderway!

Wonderway is offering a direct organisational solution for companies that need to do lists, or that need to organize onboarding with several tasks. It is an easy to use, complete solution.

Well organized with step-by-step plans for each day in the training that makes the trainee feel comfortable while going through the training stages; that's why i recommend wonder way for every training

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Everything on this platform is fantastic, so I can not realize any issues with the forum or the training materials. But I recommend making some improvements to the UI, especially in the quiz layout appearance.

wonderway helps the trainee to be organized as he goes through the training processes  also helping the organizations and companies to make sure the training goes as planned.

Every new employee at the company does the onboarding process with Wonderway. 
It's a really good tool to have all the data/links/presentations a new employee needs to see, without Wonderway we would be running off spreadsheets and check lists for this process.

I they need to improve their text box for open questions in the process, the editing options are inferior.

Wonderway makes the onboarding process more organized and makes the team leaders' life easier with an easy way to follow their new team member progress.

We used the tool for our onboarding, and it helped focus the information and allow for an interactive process.  This tool made it easier to get everything done because of a high-quality user experience.

Wonderway was a great tool to help me get onboarded when I started my role at a global company, when many of my colleagues weren't online.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

If there are Training's that do not include any checkmarks or to-dos, they're automatically marked as completed, and can easily be missed.

I am based in the UK, whilst the majority of my team are based on the West Coast of America. Using Wonderway allowed me to learn about my new role whilst my team were offline.

Great for remote onboarding! It allows us to track individual trainee's progress and share best-practice answers from past trainees to help give an idea of what we're looking for.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Mainly built for Sales teams, we had to modify some of our other teams' onboarding to align with capabilities. 
Also, the calendar connections could use some improvements.

Remote onboarding, tracking progress, having records of all onboarded new employees and how they did.  Lastly, the ability to quickly duplicate and modify a complete onboarding program.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

It was extremely straightforward and the progress tracking helped me keep on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed. The email reminders were great also!I liked that everything lived in one place, all the learning materials, quizzes etc. I never had to go looking for anything and I could revisit any module I needed with ease.

It would be great if you could do company branding on the webpages, I was definitely aware of using an external platform.

My training for onboarding in my new company was the most seamless experience I have ever had via Wonderway -  I will be using this method to train my new starters also.

An onboarding training can be implemented very quickly. After making training, it is also straightforward for the new employee to be onboarded without having meetings and trainings all day. Assigning the trainings and checking them when necessary work very easy!
