They missed deadlines and we received fines for those tax liabilities that they refused to pay. Additionally, their customer service is some of the worst I've seen. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** They made my job much harder and expensive than it should have been. They even withheld our tax documents after we ended the relationship with them. ### 5. I love all the functions it provides for our company. It satisfies all our HR needs. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** In my opinion, the mobile site can be improved. At least up to the website standards. Many of the functions on mobile are not as good as the website. **Recommendations to others considering UZIO Payroll & HR:** Easy to use, saves our company a ton of money and we love the experience so far! **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our HR department needed to be revamped. This program has made the transition for us. We are now much improved with payroll, taxes, and the onboarding process, and handling necessary documentation. We don't have any problems with UZIO. We are just grateful that we found such an excellent program! **Official Response from Uzio Team:** > Dear Ethan, Thanks for your feedback, both positive and critical! I think you will be please to learn that over the course of the next 3 - 6 months, we are going to introduce a lot of enhancements to the mobile app to allow you to conduct HR/Payroll related functions on the phone app itself. With regards to W2's, those should have been mailed as well as posted on the Employee portal itself. Anything mailed would be done on the basis of what was on file as your home address with your employer at the time, and if you are having trouble accessing this we recommend you reach out to the employer administration that is sponsoring UZIO or your Broker contact and they can work with us directly on this. I also like that it saves your progress while selecting your benefits package. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** I did not find a lot that I disliked while using Uzio. It worked very well for me at each step. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just started a new job, and Uzio made it easy to select benefits and see all options. ### 7. The layout was simple to understand and it made things very straightforward to work through. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** If anything, I would have wanted more input from the organizer of the process. Something a bit more personalized to the firm to make understanding the different benefits easier. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** With UZIO Payroll & HR it was great to have a straight forward service that understood the process of enrolling in healthcare. The process was so quick and easy for people to fill out and that encouraged people to go through the process sooner. ### 8. Have had zero problems navigating to areas in which I'm looking to take on certain tasks. The dashboard has all the actions and information that I need. I've come across other HR software that aren't user-friendly and make it tricky to find pay stubs or other documents. The "Your Action Needed" area is great to easily find things to take care of right when I login. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** One area of other HR softwares that I loved, which UZIO doesn't offer is the ability to see how much time I will have off in the future. For instance, if I want to take PTO 6 months from now, I'd like the ability to see how much anticipated PTO I will have by then. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** My benefits for medical. Super easy and intuitive to find what I owe or what a prescription or office visit will cost me. One advantage I've realized is the work holiday calendar. It's great to know that it's uploaded to UZIO so I don't have to find it in an email or another area. ### 9. We have been using it for over 2 years for our employees and it has been great. The best part about it is that it's very easy to process and what's even better that is it is even easier to finish. I would be highly surprised if anyone says they have any issues with the platform on their end. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** I haven't been able to determine what I dislike about this product. It allows you to view employee's birthdays and handle any internal HR questions via the application. Our HR teams would like to see more integration with our Microsoft applications, allowing them to interact with staff more, including scheduling and praising. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uzio is helping our staff quickly apply for all insurances available for themselves and their families. These benefits have been great for our staff and all others interested. We love taking advantage of the offers within Humana for the next year, allowing us to stay healthy and be more diligent in regard to our health. ### 10. English is my second language, and I always have a hard time using new programs and apps. It was easy to use Uzio, because it has small "question marks" icons to see explanations in additional windows. I also liked how easy but safe it was to log in. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** I wish Uzio would support more foreign languages (not only English and Spanish). **Recommendations to others considering UZIO Payroll & HR:** I definitely would recommend UZIO to other companies.
