Customer Service does not exist; I have been trying to solve an issue with the form fields that happens when I change a label. The form field drops to the bottom of my page. The form editor gave me nothing to work with regarding why this happened. I want to get an answer so I can solve an automation issue.

I subscribed to the paid version of your service on November 4th, expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, after creating my landing page, the images failed to display properly.
I have submitted 10 support requests, yet the issue remains unresolved. It is frustrating that, despite multiple follow-ups, the support team has provided no solution or meaningful update.
This level of service is unacceptable for a paid product, and it feels like a complete scam. I trusted your platform, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

They have the worst expriences if you want to cancel a plan.
Today it works in this way, you can go to your panel in your profile pic, look at your current plan and the if you click on cancel it pop up a box were you can add a comment telling you that the customer experience manager will contact you.
Same thing in other section where they add the cancel buttom.
