I also like that I can use Tovuti from my cell phone or tablet, so I can access its course catalog and libraries from my phone. The learning and analysis reports are robust, and I really enjoy navigating through the options in this program. The assessments are very comprehensive, and it also has a video learning option that I always use. The platform support staff provides excellent, complete, and meaningful service. The capacity and options for the development of courses are infinite with this LMS; basically, you never get bored. I want to emphasize that it is very easy to use and can be automated to meet your needs, saving time. The support staff usually responds in a few hours to any concerns; it is a very complete and effective program. **What do you dislike about Tovuti LMS?** This learning and instructional content creation program is very expensive; the annual plan is much more expensive than any tool I have used. The client project manager needs to be given enough time to communicate what needs to be done, rather than allotted 15 or 30 minute increments. By definition and design the work is interative, so access and prompt turnaround are paramount. Completion date commitments need to be adhered to, and if schedule changes are required, prompt communication of the changes (this goes both ways) needs to happen. The ability of the client project manager to reach the Tovuti service manager in short order if there is an issue also should be avaialble. The whole process felt like you lobbed something over the fence to Tovuti and waited until Tovuti decided to lob something back. There's freedom with Tovuti to customize the structure of learnings offered as per our needs. Course progress can be tracked efficiently on a one-on-one basis and there's an effective feedback system in place about how we can better the offerings by Tovuti. The ability to import Powerpoint content allows restricted content while maintaining the privacy and security of the data, making an interactive deck. The Milestones feature is quite motivating and helps segregate employees on basis of their industrial growth. **What do you dislike about Tovuti LMS?** There are a lot of interesting features on Tovuti LMS platforms like Milestones, Checklist feature where employees can enroll in additional learning courses outside of their learning path, and Media Library where there are technical documentation and additional videos which can supplement their learning. No dislikes at all. **What problems is Tovuti LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping our business to ensure a dedicated learning path for our employees. It is benefitting us by rapidly growing our employees' skillsets and cultural code of conduct. ### 47. Our manager makes use of Checklist feature to create learning paths based upon our performance. **What do you dislike about Tovuti LMS?** I don't see any downside of Tovuti LMS so far, except that more high quality animations and UI can be added which can track progress of how much the user/learner actually learnt. **What problems is Tovuti LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Media library stores handbooks and documentation and Tovuti provides support for importing Powerpoints and building quizzes based upon them to check the learning.
